Internet in Portugal

The internet environment in Portugal is not so good. There are internet cafes in big cities, but no connectivity if you once get out of the towns. Although, we have learned that if you go to a library nearby, there is a higher chance getting a DSL connection for free. Most of the time it is occupied by the locals, so you need to make a resevation before hand.
